Derby County have added a seventh summer signing to their squad, bringing in Danish forward Henrik Meister on a season-long loan from Italian Serie B side Pisa, with an option for the Rams to make the move permanent at the end of the campaign.
Who is Henrik Meister?
Meister, 22, is a Danish Under-20 international who began his career in the lower tiers of Danish football before making the step up to the Norwegian top flight with Sarpsborg 08 in 2023. He impressed during his time in Norway, scoring eight goals in 21 appearances, which earned him a move to French club Rennes in August 2025. His stay in Brittany was relatively brief, however, and he subsequently signed for Pisa, where he has contributed two goals in 28 league outings.
